Coupon Code & Shipping Policy

***Coupon codes will NOT be applied after checkout, no refunds will be made retroactively to refund coupons not used. All coupon codes must be entered prior to checking out, coupons are not same as cash. As per industry standards, all coupon codes and promotional minimums apply to the subtotal of eligible products only, before shipping, applicable taxes/fees, and any non-eligible items (typically, hardware, materials, bundles or as specified during the sale). Thank you.

All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Cancellations may be requested by the customer prior to the order entering the shipping process (including when the label has been created), after such time orders may not be cancelled *please note for cancelling and repurchasing for purposes of coupon codes. Hardware, webbing, or blanket repair materials may be delayed, as these are often ordered frequently to meet demand, some items are made to order, and quantities may not be readily available at all times. You may receive automated emails asking about your order, prior to receiving your order, do not be alarmed....your order is on the way.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer shipping to the US. 

Free Shipping options: May vary based on deals, and fluctuate depending on deals or shipping prices

Shipping Times: Mary vary depending on location. Usually once shipped packages arrive between 2-10 days. Sales, Holidays or Weekends, please allow extra times. Emails are automatic, you may receive emails prior to package arriving if your order was placed during our busy season.

International Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping Charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. We do offer shipping to Canada. 

Prices DO NOT include tax or duties required upon delivery. By submitting your order, you agree to accepting these fees. 


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@blanketsafe.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. However, most shipping information is our of our control. We do offer shipping insurance and request that customers purchase as we can no longer be responsible for lost or stolen packages as the majority of the shipping fees do not cover actual shipping costs, as an aim to keep prices low for our customers.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please AVOID using P.O Boxes, as some of our carriers refuse to deliver to P.O Boxes. We cannot guarantee the delivery of your shipment should a P.O Box be entered. Please make sure ALL addresses are entered correctly. We will not reship or refund shipments sent to the wrong address inputted by purchaser, or unable to be delivered to a P.O Box.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 14-day No Fret, No Regret, return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping costs cannot not be refunded, and a small restocking fee may be applied in special cases. Returns costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in an unopened protective bag, and in it's entirety and original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To exchange a product: Please return unwanted item, and repurchase correct item. The item must be returned, unopened and unused. Once returned and received we will refund the amount, minus shipping costs. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@blanketsafe.com to get instructions on how and where to send your package. We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, only if the item is unused, unopened in it's packaging, and in its original condition. Return shipping for items is the responsibility of the customer. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return, once the item(s) is received and intact/not damaged. * Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Shipping Insurance is necessary for replacement of damaged, lost, or stolen items. If shipping insurance has not been purchased, the customer may not receive a replacement free of charge, and may be responsible for additional shipping costs. Shipping insurance cannot be applied retroactively.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with an image of the item in question, if the item is defective, damaged please let us know. If shipping insurance was purchased we will replace once we receive images of damage. If we drop the ball and you receive the wrong item, we will replace for you! 

If we accidentally ship your package to the wrong address, different from what is marked on your order, we will absolutely refund or reship. If the address on your order was input incorrectly, please let us know ASAP. Once marked "delivered" we cannot refund or reship. Please make sure ALL addresses are input correctly, before submitting any order. We address all issues on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Products that are used in it's entirety are not eligible for returns. Due to Covid precautions, we cannot accept returns that are open. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, wholesale orders, gallons or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused, unopened in it's packaging, and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs, once the item is received

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

**Because we appreciate and respect you, we always refund excess shipping costs at the time the original order is shipped, IF the charged shipping fee is more than the actual shipping costs. However, please understand, we are a small business, we cannot refund shipping costs on returns as more often than not, the actual costs of shipping are much more than the shipping fees we offer to our customers. Thank you for your understanding and trusting us with your horse and pet needs, we appreciate your support of our very small business.
